The furniture I design and build is custom made to suit the unique needs of my clients. Each piece has my hand-carved signature and is archived to authenticate my original designs and protect your investment.

Typically the design of a piece of furniture begins by discussing the basic concepts of the piece with you — location, surroundings, function; and basic design elements — color, shape, size, and types of wood. Next I make some preliminary sketches and finalize major elements. Depending on complexity, I may continue with scale or full-size drawings and models. Further refining continues during the construction process.

Throughout my career I have built both small pieces and large projects while working for home and business owners, interior designers, builders, architects, and galleries. I inventory and have access to a wide variety of woods, both local and exotic, including large slabs and locally rescued wood.

Most of my pieces are commissioned however I do keep an inventory of finished pieces for immediate sale.
